HOW
DIFFICULT IS IT TO PASS
SELECTION TESTS?
The
problem for the candidate is this:
there is no 'pass-mark' for any of the tests.
Typically
a firm will test 3000 candidates out of which they will
select only 100 for interviews for training.
If you say that these 100 have 'passed' then 2900 have 'failed'. Naturally the firm will choose the people who have performed
the best in order to interview them before final selection.
THE
PLAIN FACT OF THE MATTER IS THIS:
Firms
use TESTS to eliminate most of the candidates who apply for
training positions. In this
sense it is very difficult to 'pass' this TEST BARRIER.
